Welcome to Registration for 2009 Rex Putnam Youth Football
Important things you need to know before enrolling:

  • RPYFA is for students who will be in the 3rd through 8th grades in the Fall of 2009.

  • Registration will start April 1, 2009. $185.00 per player registration fee and $50.00 refundable equipment deposit. $25.00 per player discount on registration and equipment deposit when registering 2 or more players in same family.

  • Late fee for registrations after June 1, 2009 is $50.00. Registration closes June 15, 2009.

  • You must live in the Rex Putnam High School attendance area or attend a private school within the RPHS boundaries to play with us.


  • THIS YEAR THE $50.00 REFUNDABLE EQUIPMENT DEPOSIT WILL BE PAID AT GEAR CHECK OUT. YOUR DEPOSIT WILL BE RETURNED WHEN THE EQUIPMENT IS RETURNED CLEAN AND DURING ONE OF THE SCHEDULED RETURN DATES/TIMES.

PLEASE NOTE REGISTRATION IS A TWO PART PROCESS. IF YOU DID NOT GET A CONFIRMATION EMAIL SHOWING YOUR PLAYER REGISTERED WITH AN ATTACHMENT WITH IT, YOUR REGISTRATION WAS NOT COMPLETE. ATTACHMENT INCLUDES PLAYER CONTRACT/REGISTRATION FORM AND MEDICAL RELEASE FORM. PLEASE CONTACT US RIGHT AWAY IF YOU DID NOT GET THESE FORMS!


Near the end of the registration form is a box for additional information. Please use this to alert us to anything, such as asthma, you feel the coaches need to know about your child. Also use this area to request any scholarship assistance.

PAYMENT Please mail your check to the address below. Payment MUST be received before June 1, 2009 or you will be subject to a $50 late fee.

MEDICAL RELEASE FORMS MUST BE RECEIVED JULY 25, 2009. GEAR CANNOT BE CHECKED OUT IF MEDICAL RELEASE FORM AND PAYMENT HAVE NOT BEEN RECEIVED AND CHILD CANNOT BEGIN PRACTICE. NO EXCEPTIONS.

COACHES: After filling out the online form you will receive an email to print out the hard copy and sign. This must be done before you can step on the field.

Cheerleading Coaches: You must also fill out the Coaches Registration form. You will then be contacted about our interview process.
