Mission Statement:"The objective and purpose of the Rex Putnam Youth Football Association is to promote, foster, develop and maintain football in the Rex Putnam community. Football is a tool to teach life's success skills, such as teamwork, work ethic, discipline, commitment, dealing with adversity, respect and good citizenship. Our goal is to provide each of our players with a positive and rewarding experience."
Rex Putnam Youth Football is part of the Tualatin Valley Youth Football League. Although the RPYFA board of directors develops its own operating bylaws, the TVYFL is responsible for setting the overall youth football league rules, organizing the participating league members, and creating the game schedules/locations.

Volunteering:RPYFA is run completely by volunteers and we depend on parents to help out throughout the season. There are a variety of opportunities such as Team Mom, Weighmaster, Concessions, and Gear Check Out/In. Training will be provided as necessary.
Our football season will not be successful without the active participation of parent volunteers.Board Participation:Every November, nominations are taken for next season's board of directors. Interested parties should talk to any current board member, who may then nominate them for any position. You can also check out the board information page to learn more about a position. Positions are held for one year. After brief interviews a vote will be taken by the current board to establish the new board.
